Frequently Asked Questions

Business Coaching is becoming more popular for small business owners recently instead of just large companies because they have realised the importance of having expert knowledge and skills to call on.

How much does Business Coaching cost?

The amount you spend on coaching will depend on how many sessions you book in over the year, but most Business Coaches charge fees between $200 to $500 per hour. I made a decision to set my fee at $147 per hour because I know that small business owners want good value for money and still be entilted to high quality business advice.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

I organise my coaching sessions to deliver the information you need within a single session so you have a range of solutions to apply straight away in your business, unlike the other business coaching systems that try and sign you up to lengthy 12 month contracts.

How do I get value for my investment?

Your business coach should be able to show you the expected benefits and results from the coaching session advice with a range of measurements. As long as you get at least 5 times the money spent back into your business as a saving or increase in turnover, you have gained value from the coaching session. My clients often get up to 20 times the value back into their business.

Should I be happy with phone or email coaching?

Honestly, no manager should be happy to pay for just phone/email support as this is ineffective to get real results. In addition, you shouldn't pay extra for this type of coaching. The best way to help your business is to work together, face to face, and sometimes at your business location to see how you can solve your problem. My clients never pay for phone or email support as this is part of being a business mentor always being there to help you.

Is it required that Business Coaches must be accountants?

No. In fact, being an accountant is probably a disadvantage to help your business because they may know very little about fixing the other parts of your business. For example, sales, employee management, safety, advertising, administration, websites, legal obligations, and customer management are all required to run a successful business. Besides, you probably already have an accountant. It is more important that your coach or mentor know how to grow your business in other key areas.
